Parents are always asking what now? What's next? What can we do? Know that our team is submitting your child for all jobs that they are qualified for. You will not hear from us unless we need current digitals or are inquiring about availability. So, what can you do in the meantime? Update. Update. Update.
With the launch of our new children's website www.sculpkids.com our kids are getting booked more easily than ever! We love that it is password protected and up to date. That being said, our website will remain current as long as parents continue to email us updates. Children change very rapidly, so it is up to you to keep us well informed on your child's current look and clothing sizes. The child with the most updated/current portfolio has a strong advantage over a child with an outdated portfolio.
When it comes to updated images- photography is important. First and foremost, we do not need professional images. Please do not invest a lot of money in photography for your child. Essentially, you do want to submit good images for your child's portfolio, and we know they can be attained at a reasonable price.
Please keep in mind when taking photos that clothing, hair, and makeup should be age appropriate and not overly done or styled. Clients want to know what your child looks like naturally. Always include at least one photo of your child smiling, as well as full length and close up.
We have a current blog about good photos that you can access here. Having great photography will help your child stand out. Remember clients choose talent for jobs. We do not, so good photography is truly important.
A valuable resource for parents is right here! We are incredibly excited about www.sculpstyle.com. We created Sculp Style with you in mind. It's purpose is to be an ongoing source of information for models/parents. Please take a look around, read, and revisit again and again- we are adding new articles weekly! Our team is tremendously pleased with this informational resource, and we think you'll be pleased too.
You can send updates to firstname.lastname@example.org
